Both kirtan and cacao are said to be very heart-opening practices. They help us to deepen the connection to ourselves and others. Especially cacao connects us to our heart's whisper and our feminine qualities. It can be a powerful tool to gain deeper insights and wisdom for our ongoing life journey. 

The spirit of cacao is reinforced by music and dance which makes the combination of the two so powerful. 

Kirtan, or the repetitive singing of mantras or medicine songs, acts like a "mind-cleanser" that takes away all the brain fog and thoughts that limit us to shine our light fully. It brings out our innate joy, connects us to the divine/spirit, and gives us a feeling of bliss that can't be expressed in words but only be felt.
